1. Nature of Services

These are customized, time-bound, and spiritually executed services, and therefore are non-transferable and limited in refund eligibility.
2. Cancellation Policy

Consultations (Online/Offline):

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for rescheduling or a refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

Poojas / Kriyas / Havans:

Once a pooja or ritual is scheduled and preparations have begun, cancellation is not allowed.

In certain cases, the pooja may be rescheduled at our discretion.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

Payment was made but service was not delivered due to our inability

Duplicate payment made due to technical error

Cancellation request made within the eligible cancellation window
Non-refundable cases:

Once an astrology consultation has been completed

Once a pooja/havan/kriya has been performed or initiated

Failure to attend scheduled consultation (no-show)

Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations
4. Product Refunds (if applicable)

Physical products may be eligible for refund/replacement only if:

Item is damaged in transit, or

Wrong item was delivered

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).
5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction

Payment gateway or banking delays (if any) are beyond our control
6. Payment Gateway Clause
All payments on our website are processed securely via third-party payment gateways such as PayU.
Refunds, when applicable, will be initiated through the same payment gateway.
