Kaivisham literally means 'poison given by hand'.
It is a substance, usually in powder form, that is infused with negativity or black magic. When this substance is added to the food, that food becomes Kaivisham or poison. It is used to destroy a person physically, emotionally while blocking their overall well-being. It can also be used to control a person or for vashikaran (subjugation) or harm.
It is called 'kaivisham' in Malayalam, 'idhu marunthu' in Tamil and 'maddhu' or 'kaimaddhu' in Kannada, .
Kaivisham is mixture made from several ingredients, including poisonous plants, blood of a chameleon etc,. Multiple preparation methods of kaivisham are prevalent in different regions and the technique of preparation varies. However, the working remains the same. The ingredients are typically powdered and then mixed with ashes. A particular mantra is chanted like sthambana, vashikarana, marana etc,. depending on the intention. This powder can be mixed with any food/drink and given to the person to consume. In some cases, it is given mixed with alcohol to turn that person into an alcohol addict.
Kaivisham usually stays undigested in the colon until it is removed. As long as it is present, the person behaves as per the given intent.
Symptoms of Kaivisham:
Kaivisham will usually begins showing signs in a month of administering. The individual will be unable to make decisions and will be in a perpetual state of dilemma. They will feel physically exhausted and emotionally unstable. They will have unexplained physical and emotional trauma and be unable to work or do anything as previously. Their financial situation will deteriorate, and they won't progress in any area of their lives.
How to identify if a person has been given Kaivisham?
An astrologer or a thantric can find out using the kavadi or prashna method to see if Kaivisham has been administered. A traditional healer who has expertise in this can also find out.
Methods for removing Kaivisham
There are several ways to remove Kaivisham in several regions.
By administering turmeric powder which is charged by specific mantras and tantric techniques by a tantric/mantravadi.
Certain ayurvedic tablets empowered by mantras and thantras given by a thantric.
Certain naati vaidyars (traditional healers) remove Kaivisham by giving a herbal concoction that induces vomiting, effectively expelling Kaivisham out of the body.
There could be other methods prevalent in other regions as well.
Once the Kaivisham is removed from the body, the person usually gets back to normal self in a month's time. Since Kaivisham is made using mantras, the negative impact of mantras also has to be removed through 'Avahana' for a more positive effect.
